1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Lens. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal authority to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Registration

To use Lens, you must create an account and provide accurate, current information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscription & Billing

• Lens is offered as a monthly subscription priced at $50 USD per month.
• New users receive a 3-day free trial. No credit card is required to start the trial.
• If you choose to subscribe, you will be billed monthly until you cancel.
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• All payments are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. TikTok Account Connection

Lens connects to your TikTok account through TikTok's official Login Kit. By connecting, you authorize Lens to access your public video data and analytics. You can revoke access at any time through your TikTok settings or by deleting your Lens account. Lens's use of TikTok information complies with TikTok's Developer Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate any laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' accounts.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm another person.
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit the Service without our written permission.
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that violates these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

Lens and all related content, features, and functionality are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

You retain ownership of any content you upload or generate through the Service. By using Lens, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. AI-Generated Content

Lens uses artificial intelligence to generate content ideas, scripts, and insights. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any content before publishing it. We make no warranties regarding the performance of any content created with the help of Lens.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if your use poses a risk to other users or to us. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the in-app deletion option.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lens shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lens, its affiliates, and its employees from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
